Evergreen Property Management, LLC was started by our company President, Matt Schneider, in 2005. At that time, Matt had just left a local lawn and landscape contractor after fifteen years with them.

Evergreen Property Management, LLC began as commercial and residential real estate property management company. The need for lawn maintenance services went hand in hand, so Matt’s fifteen years of lawn maintenance experience with another local company was an enormous asset. Evergreen Property Management, LLC first maintained the properties built and managed at that point. Seeing an opportunity to branch out, Matt began offering services to the general public, and successfully became on one of our area’s leading lawn maintenance providers.

Today, Evergreen Property Management, LLC is thriving and provides services to homeowners, apartment and condominium associations, schools, churches and business. Our team consists of employees that understand the values of providing exceptional care and service to our customers. Each team member is approachable, kind and courteous.
